Deskripsi pekerjaan Recruitment Executive PT Pintar Pemenang Asia

As a Recruitment Executive at PT Pintar Pemenang Asia, you will play a crucial role in scaling our workforce to support our mission of providing quality, affordable, and accessible online education. Your efforts will directly contribute to connecting millions of Indonesian workers with quality learning and limitless career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a large pool of candidates for various roles within the organization.
  • Utilize multiple recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and partnerships with educational institutions.
  • Collaborate with universities, training institutions, and local job centers to facilitate bulk hiring initiatives.
  • Conduct initial screenings, resume reviews, and phone interviews to shortlist candidates.
  • Organize and manage large-scale hiring events, job fairs, and walk-in interviews.
  • Administer assessments, skills tests, and background checks as needed.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient selection process, minimizing delays.
  • Support hiring managers in making final decisions on candidates.
  • Track and report hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and applicant conversion rates.
  • Optimize the recruitment funnel based on data-driven insights.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally in the retail or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and hiring compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
