WE’RE HIRING - RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR
Synergy Pro Business & Legal Consultant is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Seminyak, Bali.
If you enjoy connecting with people, working with different types of roles and clients, and managing the recruitment process from sourcing to placement, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions
- Source and identify potential candidates through different channels
- Screen and interview candidates
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Prepare candidate profiles, CVs, and interview summaries
- Maintain communication and relationships with candidates and clients
- Follow up recruitment progress and feedback
- Support recruitment administration, agreements, and related documentation
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling multiple vacancies and priorities
- Good sourcing and candidate assessment skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Able to communicate professionally in English
- Experience in agency recruitment / headhunting is a plus
Location: Seminyak, Bali
