We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, top performer to join a fast-paced, high-performing team of Recruitment Consultants. As a Recruitment Consultant, you are the vital link between clients and candidates. Recruitment Consultant is very different from HR, TA or internal recruiter, instead of doing it with a psychological approach, they will use sales techniques and networking to attract potential talents for our hiring partners.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Establish new business relationships, all while providing high level of customer service with existing business partners and candidates
- Provide curated consultation with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations
- Specialized in assigned Industry, managing 360 degrees end-to-end recruitment from job posting, sourcing, screening, selection of the right candidates
- Negotiate terms of business with clients and job offers to candidates
- Developing a good understanding of our hiring partners, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment
- Working with candidates to identify the best job match and manage priorities efficiently
- Managing and tracking a high volume of hiring processes while also providing guidance, gathering feedback and pushing job processes forward
- Helping candidates at all stages of interviews at scale
Who We Are Looking For
- High EQ and ability to adapt with technology and people
- Must have a passion and commitment for sales processes
- Must be able to produce solutions and be process-oriented
- Adaptable and comfortable with uncertainty: You will be working in a startup environment that is rapidly changing. Previous experience working in a startup environment would be an added advantage
- Recruitment consultant experience would be preferred
