We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team, to help our overseas hiring partner get their best Indonesian talent using our Talenthub service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling and end-to-end recruitment activities for our hiring partner by sourcing the best talent on the market to fill the open role based on requirement. This will include: candidate sourcing, interviewing, offering, and handling relevant employment document.
- Able to upsell the role to potential talent by telling why they should move and work with our hiring partners.
- A good understanding what is the value proposition of our hiring partners company
