- Manage the full 360° recruitment cycle, from client acquisition and business development to candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to understand their recruitment needs.
- Source, attract, and assess candidates for various positions, with a focus on staffing and mass recruitment projects.
- Coordinate interviews, manage offers, and negotiate employment terms between clients and candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet client hiring requirements.
- Achieve individual recruitment targets, revenue goals, and business development KPIs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or mass recruitment is highly preferred.
- Experience handling high-volume hiring projects and managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially minded, target-driven, and comfortable with business development activities.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
