We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant Intern to join our team, to support our existing Recruitment Consultant team to help our overseas hiring partner get their best Indonesian talent using our Talenthub service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment activities for our hiring partner by sourcing the best talent on the market to fill the open role based on requirement. This will include: candidate sourcing, interviewing, offering, and handling relevant employment document.
- Able to upsell the role to potential talent by telling why they should move and work with our hiring partners.
- A good understanding what is the value proposition of our hiring partners company

Who We Are Looking For
- Someone who is really good and confident with their communication skills:
- Fluent to talk in english is a must because you will be using english on daily basis
- Someone who has a really good persuasion and negotiation skills
- Proven experience applying this skill in previous working or internship or organizational or projects.
- Target driven, and relentlessly resourceful.
- Freshgraduates, or a minimum 3-months fulltime commitment for undergraduate students are welcomed to apply.
