Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for operational and head office positions.
- Coordinate manpower requests and hiring timelines with related departments.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with users.
- Manage candidate databases, recruitment documentation, and hiring reports accurately.
- Handling internal training programs and activities.
- Handle onboarding activities for new employees and trainees.
- Coordinate training schedules, attendance, learning documentation, and training administration.
- Collaborate with trainers and related departments regarding training materials and learning activities.
- Monitor participant progress and training evaluations during the internal training program.
- Prepare training reports, evaluation summaries, and learning effectiveness data.
- Support implementation of learning and development programs aligned with company operational needs.
- Support employer branding and other HR initiatives when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment, Learning & Development, or related HR functions.
- Mandatory to have experience in retail or other high-volume operational industries such as F&B, hospitality, or multi-branch service companies.
- Familiar with interview processes, onboarding, and training administration.
- Able to handle multiple recruitment and learning activities simultaneously with good time management.
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
- Experience handling academy-based training programs or learning activities will be an advantage.
