Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interview, offering, onboarding)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies
- Handle organizational development (OD) initiatives (performance management, KPI, competency framework)
- Design and implement training programs (TNA, training plan, evaluation)
- Monitor and evaluate employee development and engagement programs
- Maintain recruitment database and generate hiring reports
- Ensure smooth onboarding and employee experience
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR Development
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment (mandatory)
- Experience handling training & development and/or OD initiatives
- Familiar with competency framework, KPI, and performance management system
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles/projects
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
- Ready to work 6 working days (Monday - Saturday)
