Your main responsibilities include:
β Establish recruiting requirements by successfully collaborating with all capability heads and management team.
β Build talent pipelines through the use of social media as well as outreach to local talent pool.
β Conduct headhunting campaigns on professional social networks.
β Evaluate applicantsβ resumes and conduct screening interviews to select applicants to be considered for the available positions.
β Conduct reference checks (as applicable).
β Process on-boarding activities and related new hire paperwork.
β Maintain and update Recruitment Tracking System and other forms of reporting or record keeping with attention to detail and accuracy;
β Data gathering for recruitment related key performance indicators on a monthly basis,
β Maintain strict confidentiality of employee sensitive data.
β Hold a university degree preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, or other similar disciplines.
β Have at least one year of experience in recruiting.
β Have experience in using social networking platforms, such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn.
β Be interested in on-line communities.
β Have excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking.
β Be able to work independently with minimum supervision, but also as part of a project team.
