Recruiter

We’re an executive search firm based in North Jakarta and we’re expanding our team and is seeking a proactive and skilled candidate for the following role:

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or related studies.

· Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably with exposure to executive search or headhunting, open for candidate with prior HR internship experience.

· Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and client communication.

· Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, fluent in English.

· Ability to work collaboratively within a team to deliver hiring solutions to diverse industries.

· Willing to be based in North Jakarta.
