Recruiter

Job Descriptions:

1. Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for open positions across the organisation
2. Conducting initial interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates
3. Coordinating the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, checking references, and making job offers
4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment lifecycle
5. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and requirements
6. Implementing and optimising recruitment strategies to attract top talent
7. Providing administrative support and contributing to the overall efficiency of the recruitment function

Job Specifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in a recruitment role; fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders
4. Strong understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
5. Familiar with using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
6. Organised, detail-oriented, and a proactive team player
