As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven and proactive Recruiter to help attract, engage, and hire top talent across multiple functions.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen applications and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment records
- Support onboarding and recruitment administration
- Build talent pools for future hiring needs
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Good English communication skills
- Experience using LinkedIn, JobStreet, Glints, or similar platforms
Nice to Have
- Recruitment experience in Education, EdTech, SaaS, or Startups
- German language skills (considered an advantage during salary discussions)
- Experience with ATS and recruitment automation tools
