We are looking for a curious, organized, and self-driven Recruiter Intern to support our recruitment and headhunting projects.
This is not a coffee-run internship. You will be involved in real hiring projects for real clients - sourcing candidates, screening CVs, running first conversations, and keeping the pipeline moving. You will learn how recruitment actually works from end to end, not just in theory.

What You'll Be Up To
- Source candidates across job portals, LinkedIn, communities, and our internal talent database.
- Screen CVs and applications against the hiring brief and shortlist the most relevant candidates.
- Run initial candidate screening through chat, phone, or video to check basic fit, availability, and expectations.
- Maintain the candidate pipeline tracker so every candidate's status stays accurate and up to date.
- Handle candidate communication including approach messages, interview invitations, follow-ups, and rejection letters.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
- Support market mapping and database building to strengthen our talent pool for future roles.
- Assist with recruitment reporting by summarizing pipeline progress and screening results.
What We're Looking For:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major. Psychology, Management, or Human Resources is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication - you will be the first impression candidates have of us.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in following up without needing to be reminded.
- Self-driven and responsive, and able to stay productive in a full remote setup.
- Own laptop and a stable internet connection.
- Growth mindset, adaptive, and resilient.
- Hungry to learn and comfortable using AI tools to support daily work.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in a campus organization, especially in HR, recruitment, or people development.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or any Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Basic understanding of structured interview techniques (STAR or BEI).
- Interest in building a long-term career in recruitment or HR.
