Recruiter and Office Management (Hybrid)

PurpleMinds (Purple Mindz Media Pte Ltd) is a Singapore-based digital agency start-up focused on the IT sector, especially Web3 Universe. Currently, PurpleMinds is actively hiring for individuals who are enthusiastic about assuming responsibility and possess a strong desire to learn new things for our HR - Recruiter & Office Management role (Hybrid, Jakarta based).

You’ll be working with top talent in the blockchain on renowned DeFi/dApp/NFT/AI/Metaverse projects backed by Binance Ventures and others. Our team works using a suite of virtual office tools such as Gather. town, Zoom, Slack, and more. We are also part of the major blockchain conferences worldwide where you are able to meet the team and clients in person.

Responsibilities:

• Do end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, reporting) to fulfilling manpower requirements
• Coordinate with hiring managers to opening new position and arrange the recruitment tactics
• Conducting other human resources activities such as onboarding, team building/outing, etc
• Handling general affair things such as stationery procurement, office rent, business trip accommodation, and other office needs

Requirements:

• Graduated as Bachelor of Psychology, Management, or relevant field
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience as HR (Generalist/Recruitment)
• Proficient in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
• Demonstrated enthusiasm in the HR foundational aspects
• Willing to have a high commitment to this position with a positive attitude towards challenges and can-do mentality
• Posses at least 1 international experience (can be professional or educational experience) would be preferable
• Good communication in English, both verbal and written
• Domiciled or willing to relocate to Jakarta
