Job Description
- Greet and welcome visitors, guests, and employees professionally.
- Manage visitor registration and reception activities.
- Coordinate with relevant departments regarding visitors and appointments.
- Assist visitors with general inquiries and directions.
- Handle basic administrative tasks and documentation.
- Maintain a professional, neat, and welcoming reception area.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Frontliner, Customer Service, or Admin is preferred.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, friendly, and well-presented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work at KIT Batang, Central Java.
