Pad Thai Padel Canggu is a lifestyle sports & wellness destination in Bali, offering premium padel courts, curated F&B, and vibrant community spaces.
We are looking for a friendly and proactive Receptionist to be the face of our club and ensure a smooth guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests and players professionally
- Manage court bookings, schedules, and payments
- Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and email inquiries
- Coordinate with coaches and operations team
- Support daily club operations and guest flow
- Assist with events, tournaments, and promotions
- Maintain reception area cleanliness
- Support inquiries related to courts, wellness & coworking facilities
- Perform basic admin tasks when needed
Requirements
- Indonesian nationality
- Strong Bahasa Indonesia & conversational English
- Friendly, service-minded personality
- Organized and able to multitask
- Interest in sports / active lifestyle is a plus
- Experience in hospitality / front desk is preferred
- Willing to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
