REQUIREMENTS :

1. Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent
2. Previous experience in receptionist, customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred
3. Able to communicate in English is a plus
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Well-groomed and professional appearance.
6. Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
7. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
8. Responsible, proactive, and able to work well in a team
9. Passionate about providing excellent customer service

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

1. Welcome and greet customers in a warm and professional manner
2. Assist customers with registration, appointments, and store services
3. Manage customer flow and direct customers to the appropriate staff or service
4. Provide basic information about eye tests, frames, lenses, promotions, and store services
5. Coordinate with Opticians, Refractionists, and Sales Team to ensure smooth customer service
6. Assist customers during product collection and ensure a smooth handover
7. Handle basic customer inquiries and escalate complaints when needed
8. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
9. Support daily store operations and administrative tasks
10. Ensure excellent customer service and follow company SOP
