Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor degree in any major
Well-groomed with a professional appearance
Good communication skills with a pleasant personality
Must be able to communicate in English (minimum basic level)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong in administrative tasks
Good problem-solving and multitasking skills
Previous experience as a receptionist/admin is a plus
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming & outgoing calls with good communication skills
Greet and assist walk-in clients or visitors professionally
Maintain guest records and update databases
Support document management and office administration
Manage office facilities (meeting rooms, office supplies, pantry, etc.)
Assist operational needs such as transportation and other administrative tasks
Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
