WE'RE HIRING: RECEPTIONIST & HOUSEKEEPER
Location: Ubud, Bali
We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist & Housekeeper.
Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner.
* Handle guest check-in and check-out processes.
* Respond to guest inquiries and assist with guest requests during their stay.
* Manage reservations, guest records, and basic Front Office documentation.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to company standards.
* Prepare and arrange guest rooms to ensure they are clean, tidy, and ready for guests.
* Check room conditions and report any maintenance issues or missing items.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Front Office and villa areas.
* Assist with other operational tasks as required.
Qualifications
* Domiciled in Bali.
* Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
* Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Staff, Housekeeper, or in hospitality/villa operations will be an advantage.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
* Friendly, professional, responsible, and service-oriented.
* Detail-oriented and able to maintain cleanliness and organization.
* Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
