JOB DESCRIPTION:
Duty
- Organizing meetings between guests by answering incoming calls and/or directing them to the intended external/internal party.
- Provide assistance and information about the company to guests/callers.
- Convey messages received from outside to staff/employees and vice versa.
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing letters/documents to the intended parties.
- Make a receipt for each invoice document from the supplier.
- Monitor staff / employee attendance and departure.
- Carry out general HRGA administrative duties.
- Assisting Secretary to CEO
- Ensure that the reception work station and frontdesk are kept clean and tidy.
- Perform other tasks as directed for the progress of the company.
- Office stationery and employee administrative needs.
Authority
- Schedule meetings between guests and related staff.
- Ratify receipt of supplier invoice / invoice documents.
- Propose a communication device that makes the daily tasks easier.
Responsible
- Make sure there is always a reception booth waiting.
- Provide information to guests / visitors / callers precisely and clearly.
- Deliver all letters / documents / packages / messages received to the intended party precisely and quickly.
- The integrity and completeness of work facilities used in its operations.
- Requested reports can be submitted on time and of quality.
Education & Experience
- At least high school equal / D3
- Must have a dynamic, flexible, and easy to adapt personality
- Willing to learn new things
- 1 - 3 year experience in the same position Competence, Fresh graduate are welcome
- Have verbal and nonverbal communication skills
- Can operate computers & communication equipment
