The Sayan House is looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Receptionist to join our team. If you enjoy meeting people, have excellent communication skills, and can maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere, we would love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome all guests upon arrival.
• Manage reservations (phone, email, walk-in).
• Provide accurate information about the restaurant, menu, and operations.
• Coordinate seating with the service team.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position (preferred).
• Good communication skills in English.
• Well-presented, friendly, and customer focused.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork.
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
