Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist, front office, or customer service role.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and google worksheet
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Job Description:
- Greet and welcome visitors warmly and professionally.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing meeting rooms.
- Perform basic administrative and clerical duties as needed.
- Being Assistant to director (meeting scheduled, accommodation for business trips)
- Conducting administration related to company letter numbers
- Making reports to finance related to cost reimbursement
- Other tasks as requested
