Requirements :

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist, front office, or customer service role.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and google worksheet
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Job Description:

  • Greet and welcome visitors warmly and professionally.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing meeting rooms.
  • Perform basic administrative and clerical duties as needed.
  • Being Assistant to director (meeting scheduled, accommodation for business trips)
  • Conducting administration related to company letter numbers
  • Making reports to finance related to cost reimbursement
  • Other tasks as requested
