The Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests, responsible for delivering a warm welcome and ensuring smooth front desk operations. The role supports guest services across villa stays and wellness facilities, including the gym, sauna, and ice bath.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and handle check-in/check-out
- Manage reservations, inquiries (phone, email, WhatsApp), and guest records
- Provide information on villa and wellness facilities
- Ensure good cooperation with housekeeping and security teams, and coordinate with the villa coordinator for smooth operations
- Monitor bookings and usage of wellness facilities
- Handle basic administrative tasks
- Ensure reception area is clean and presentable
Requirements
- Experience in hospitality or customer service
- Good English communication skills
- Professional, friendly, and well-organized
- Basic computer skills
- Willing to work shifts (2 shifts), weekends, and holidays
