We are looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Receptionist to join our team.

Job Description:

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and provide information about Secret Garden Village's facilities and services.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Perform basic administrative tasks and maintain a clean and organized reception area.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; a Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism Management is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry preferred.
• Has experienced as Front Office or other related field
• Good Communications & interpersonal skill
• Exellent communications in English, spoken and written
• Good manners and willingness to learn
• Able to join immediately
