RECEPTIONIST
Full Time | On- Site | Uluwatu, Bali
The Receptionist will greet guests, manage studio check-ins and serve as the first point of contact for all in-person and phone inquiries. Daily responsibilities include answering calls and messages, handling bookings and class schedule changes, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves keeping the reception area tidy, coordinating with instructors and studio staff, and providing information about classes, memberships, retail items, and recovery services. The Receptionist will support smooth daily operations by assisting with basic administrative tasks and contributing to a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for all visitors.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 1 year experience as Receptionist
- Strong Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills, including managing bookings, processing payments, and maintaining records.
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for handling inquiries, messages, and guest interactions professionally.
- Proven Customer Service experience, with the ability to create a warm, respectful, and inclusive environment for diverse guests.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfort using scheduling and point-of-sale systems; basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, and online platforms).
- Previous experience in wellness, fitness, or retail environments is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is essential
