WE ARE HIRING – SPA RECEPTIONIST
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Receptionist in luxury hospitality, a boutique spa, or modern lifestyle retail.
- Hands-on experience with POS and booking systems, such as Fresha or manual booking systems, EDC terminals, and general administrative tools.
- Familiarity with managing business social media accounts, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and messaging platforms.
- Good spoken and written English communication skills, with a polite, professional, and empathetic approach.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Impeccable personal grooming, professional appearance, and high emotional intelligence.
- A genuine passion for wellness, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Front Desk Operations & Guest Hospitality
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally, manage consultation forms, and coordinate guest handovers with therapists.
- Serve welcome refreshments and post-treatment drinks according to brand standards.
- Manage reservations through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online channels using the booking system.
- Process cash, credit/debit card, EDC, and gift certificate transactions accurately.
- Perform daily cash float reconciliation and maintain accurate payment records.
2. Social Media & Brand Presence
- Manage online engagement across Instagram, TikTok, and messaging platforms.
- Respond promptly and professionally to direct messages, comments, and digital inquiries in line with the brand's tone of voice.
- Coordinate with creative and marketing teams to schedule content showcasing spa treatments, wellness rituals, and the NIYAMA SPA experience.
- Maintain brand consistency, visual aesthetics, and a luxury image across digital platforms.
3. Guest Relationships & Community Loyalty
- Introduce and recommend spa memberships, treatment packages, multi-session passes, and retail products when appropriate.
- Build relationships with local residents, returning guests, wellness partners, and lifestyle influencers.
- Record guest preferences, treatment focus areas, and special requests in the CRM system to personalize future visits.
4. Events & Wellness Activation
- Assist in organizing wellness workshops, brand collaborations, and seasonal events.
- Engage with guests and attendees during activations while promoting spa treatments and wellness offerings.
5. Brand Monitoring & Quality Reporting
- Monitor online reviews and guest feedback on platforms such as Google and TripAdvisor.
- Escalate complaints, feedback, and operational issues to management in accordance with service recovery procedures.
- Prepare weekly reports on audience growth, inquiry response times, and social media engagement.
