About the role
Join the vibrant team at Awild Store' as a Facial Spa Receptionist & Sales Assistant. This full-time role in Bali offers an exciting opportunity to work in the hospitality and retail industry, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and sales in a holistic facial spa environment.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming guests in a warm and friendly manner
Providing exceptional customer service by assisting guests with bookings, enquiries and tailoring their spa experience
Handling all front-of-house administrative duties, such as scheduling appointments, managing inventory and processing payments
Actively promoting and selling the Awild brand's treatments and retail products to guests
Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting your colleagues as needed
Ensuring the reception and shop areas are well-maintained and presentable at all times
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the spa, beauty or hospitality industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to handle a varied workload
Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for promoting products and services
High level of English language, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds
A friendly, professional and positive attitude
Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
