We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Receptionist with strong Japanese language skills to join our team. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and ensure a professional and welcoming front-desk experience.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Japanese language (minimum JLPT N2/N1, N3 are open to apply).
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or administrative roles is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English.
- Professional appearance, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficient in using computers and basic office applications.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, patients, or visitors in Japanese and English.
- Manage incoming calls, appointments, and inquiries.
- Support administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service and communication.
- Provide excellent customer service while representing the company professionally.
