Job Description:
- Greet guests and clients in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Manage guest schedules and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Assist with light administrative duties.
- Serve as the first point of contact and represent the company’s image in customer service.
- Provide support to General Affairs (GA) as needed.
Qualifications:
- Female.
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major is preferred.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written (mandatory).
- Presentable appearance with a neat and professional demeanor.
- Friendly, communicative, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in computer use, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
