Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist members/guests, providing information and guidance.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and effective problem-solving.
- Follow up on monthly bookings and confirmations.
- Manage and block schedules for coaching sessions and activities in Club (Monarch Padel)
- Update and maintain weekly coaching spreadsheets.
- Support administrative tasks related to bookings, payments, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless member experience.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in hotel front office, admin, or customer service is a plus.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional appearance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate using basic English
- Strong problem-solving skills, especially in handling customer complaints calmly and effectively.
- Service-oriented, empathetic, and proactive in customer interactions.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, booking systems, and digital tools.
- Detail-oriented and adaptable in supporting daily operations.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends.
