Deskripsi pekerjaan RECEPTION STAFF PT. DEPTH CHARGES
We’re looking for a friendly, capable, and service-minded person who enjoys working with people and is comfortable in an international hospitality environment.
The candidate will have :
- Good spoken English and confidence communicating with international guests from different countries and backgrounds.
- Experience working with foreign tourists or in an international hospitality environment.
- Good operational and administrative skills, including experience or training in POS systems, Microsoft Office, email, and other basic computer-based systems.
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest service, with a good understanding of professional service standards and creating a positive guest experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, helpful, and professional approach to guests and colleagues.
- A willingness to learn and adapt, especially when working in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
- Based in or preferably living in Padang, Nias, Sibolga, or Medan, or willing and able to relocate as required.
