Job description:
- Plan the work program and budget
- Manage phone & song playback and murotal
- Manage and receive guests
- Assist with Personnel Administration
- Assist GA Administration
- Manage employee absences
- Manage health and social security
- Manage the administration of receiving and sending SIP Law Firm letters

- Able to operate computer and MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Visio)
- Able to use phone device features (dial, flash, etc.)
