WE’RE HIRING – SALES & ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE Sanur, Bali
Star Villas Bali is looking for a motivated, organised and personable Indonesian Sales & Administration Executive to join our growing property sales team in Sanur.
This is a varied and hands-on role combining property sales, client communication and administration. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys dealing with people, while also being highly organised, proactive and excellent at following up and keeping things moving.
You will have the opportunity to be actively involved in all of our current property listings from day one, giving you an established portfolio to work with and the chance to hit the ground running. The role will suit someone who is confident communicating with both buyers and property owners, enjoys building relationships and is motivated by seeing enquiries develop into successful sales.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will work closely with our sales and management team and assist with:
• Responding to new property and buyer enquiries
• Following up prospective buyers and maintaining regular contact
• Arranging and attending villa inspections
• Assisting with property listings and marketing information
• Maintaining our buyer database and CRM
• Keeping property prices, lease details and availability up to date
• Preparing sales information and basic documentation
• Coordinating appointments with owners, buyers and notaries
• Following sales from initial enquiry through to completion
• General sales administration and reporting
• Assisting with social media and online property enquiries
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The successful candidate should have:
✓ Excellent administration and organisational skills
✓ Good spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
✓ Strong computer skills, including Excel/Google Sheets, email and WhatsApp
✓ Confidence communicating with Indonesian and international clients
✓ Good knowledge of Sanur and the surrounding areas
✓ A friendly, professional and confident personality
✓ Excellent attention to detail
✓ The ability to follow up clients without needing constant supervision
✓ Previous experience in property, hospitality, villa management, reservations, administration or sales would be highly regarded
✓ Own transport and ability to travel around Sanur for property inspections
