Job Summary
The Real Estate Staff is responsible for supporting company expansion through strategic site acquisition, lease management, and landlord relationship coordination. This role manages the end-to-end process of identifying potential store locations, conducting site evaluations, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring timely lease documentation and renewals to support business growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and propose potential locations for store expansion through site surveys, feasibility analysis, and market research
- Manage lease acquisition and renewal processes, including negotiation with landlords and coordination of lease-related documentation with internal stakeholders
- Maintain and monitor property databases, lease records, renewal timelines, and expansion pipelines to support business planning and execution
- Build and maintain good relationships with landlords, property agents, building management, and external parties
- Coordinate with internal teams during store opening, relocation, renovation, and handover processes related to property matters
- Ensure all property-related documentation and records are properly organized and updated
Required Qualifications
- Proven working experience for at least 3 years in Site Development, Real Estate, Leasing, or related fields
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in any major
- Experience in finding and evaluating new locations for store openings
- Good knowledge of local property markets and commercial areas
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Pleasant, trustworthy, and able to maintain professional relationships with external parties
- Willing to travel frequently for site surveys and store visits
