Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare, review, and manage reservation, sublease, and property management contracts.
2. Coordinate with notaries, clients, and internal teams throughout the contract execution process.
3. Maintain accurate client documentation and ensure all contractual and administrative records are complete.
Requirements
1. Fluent in English and Indonesian with strong drafting and written communication skills.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and contract administration.
3. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
