Fullers Properties is a buyer-focused real estate agency and advisory firm in Bali, representing clients from initial consultation through property search, negotiation, due diligence and closing.
We are looking for a confident, commercially driven and passionate Real Estate Consultant who knows how to build trust, follow up properly and close business.
This is not simply a property-viewing role. We want someone who can advise clients, take ownership of their pipeline and confidently move opportunities forward.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct buyer consultations and understand client needs, budgets and investment goals.
- Research, shortlist and present suitable properties.
- Coordinate and attend property viewings.
- Prepare market comparisons and support offers and negotiations.
- Work with sellers, listing agents, developers and professional partners.
- Support buyers through documentation, due diligence and closing.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently follow up with leads.
- Build relationships through networking, referrals and industry events.
- Represent Fullers professionally in property presentations and social media content.
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Confident communicator and negotiator.
- Commercially minded and comfortable asking for the business.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline.
- Comfortable working with international clients.
- Comfortable using CRM and AI tools.
- Comfortable appearing on camera.
- Active BNSP real estate competency certification is highly preferred.
