1. Work Details
We are looking for an active and reliable Property Sourcing Agent based in Bali to help expand our rental portfolio. Your main role will be identifying high-quality villas in prime tourist locations, communicating with property owners, conducting site visits, taking high-quality photos, and maintaining an organized property archive. You will also be responsible for listing and actively promoting properties on social media platforms to attract guests, primarily focusing on short-term rentals, with open opportunities for long-term rentals.
2. Task Requirements
* Identify and source quality villas in strategic tourist areas across Bali.
* Contact villa owners, build good relationships, and arrange property site visits.
* Inspect properties to verify they meet our standards and target amenities.
* Take photos/videos of properties and archive details for client presentations.
* Actively post and manage listings on social media to generate rental inquiries.
* Communicate effectively with clients and present available properties clearly.
3. Special Instructions
* Language Skill: Intermediate English (ability to communicate clearly and professionally with international clients and management).
* Communication & Attitude: Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and a polite, proactive approach with both property owners and guests.
