React Native Developer
We are looking for a React Native Developer to join our team and help build and maintain a growing social media mobile application for iOS and Android. You’ll work on a product designed to connect users, enable content sharing and engagement, and deliver a smooth, reliable mobile experience.You’ll be involved in maintaining our existing application, fixing issues, improving performance, and developing new features as the product evolves. This is a great opportunity for a developer who enjoys working on a consumer-facing product and wants to contribute to an app used by an active community.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve existing React Native applications.
- Fix bugs, troubleshoot issues, and improve app stability.
- Develop new features and enhancements based on requirements.
- Work with APIs, third-party libraries, and backend services.
- Ensure consistent performance and UI across iOS and Android.
- Test and debug applications before releases.
- Collaborate with designers, QA, backend developers, and product teams.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
Requirements
- Experience with **React Native, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript**.
- Basic understanding of iOS and Android development.
- Experience working with REST APIs.
- Familiarity with Git and version control.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand and work with an existing codebase.
- Willingness to learn and improve technical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with Redux or React Native CLI.
- Experience with Firebase, push notifications, or analytics.
- Familiarity with App Store and Google Play Store deployment.
- Experience with automated testing or CI/CD.
