- Sample Intake, Identification, and Traceability
- Dimensional Measurement and Inspection Support
- Sample Reporting and Documentation (Primary Output)
- Sample Archive Management (Physical and Digital)
- Sample Dispatch and Supplier Communication Support
- Laboratory / Testing Coordination Support (When Applicable)
- Data Hygiene and “Single Source of Truth”
Job Qualification
- High attention to detail and consistency (measurement accuracy, labeling discipline).
- Clear communication and escalation judgment (flags abnormalities early).
- Competence in dimensional measurement tools (caliper, micrometer; basic metrology discipline).
- Ability to read basic technical drawings and interpret dimensions, tolerances, and datums (where provided).
- Documentation skill: structured report writing, photo documentation, clear tables.
- Basic understanding of materials and finishes (visual identification; corrosion/defect spotting).
- Data management: Excel/Google Sheets, file naming/version control, structured folder management.
