Deskripsi pekerjaan R&D Seasoning PT Flints Foods Indonesia
Hi everyone!
We’re currently looking for an R&D / Product Development talent to join us and be part of a new journey in building our R&D function in Indonesia 🇮🇩
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop & improve seasoning, flavour, sauces, and related food products
- Work closely with the HQ R&D team in China
- Participate in product trials, testing, and product development
- Help build the R&D team & process from the ground up
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in R&D Seasoning & Flavour (bumbu, saus, flavour, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology / Food Science or related field
- Hands-on experience in product development is a must
- Willing to WFO in Jakarta
- Proactive, curious, and excited to build something new from scratch
Untuk posisi ini, initially kamu akan menjadi bagian dari tim R&D yang baru dibentuk, jadi belum ada local R&D team untuk saat ini. Tapi don’t worry — training & technical guidance akan diberikan langsung oleh R&D team dari HQ di China
