Deskripsi pekerjaan R&D Engineer PT EDMI Manufacturing Indonesia
Our Senior R&D Engineer will ensure that the firmware, software, database systems, and electronic hardware design of our products aligns with customer requirements and standards. They design and develop codes & framework, troubleshoot issues, and implement modifications to enhance device performance.
As part of our R&D division, you will drive product development from concept to deployment, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure our technology roadmap continues to evolve with cutting‑edge engineering practices.
Duties & Responsibilities
Perform analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions to ensure our products able to meet customer requirement and standards.
Design and develop codes & data flow applications installations, database system, and established register-level hardware access DLL library.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions, enhance product features and performance.
Conduct testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and implementing modifications and updates.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Develop key technologies to enhance long term proprietary strategic position.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Proficiency in C, C++, for microcontrollers (ARM, ESP32, STM32, etc.).
Proficiency in Python, C#, or similar languages.
Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL, data modeling, and backend integration.
Good English
