Job Description :
- Formulate and reformulate products to achieve optimal taste, texture, and stability.
- Conduct raw material research and seek efficient alternatives without compromising quality.
- Manage the entire product development process, from research and testing to launch and quality improvement.
- Coordinate with production, quality assurance, marketing, and supply chain departments to ensure product technical and commercial feasibility.
- Ensure products meet applicable food safety standards, regulations, and certifications.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation for products and their development processes.
- Develop, propose, and disseminate departmental policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Communicate effectively with the team, direct supervisor, and other departments.
- Report regularly to superiors on weekly and monthly activity planning, progress, and results.
Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Art/Hospitality or equivalent
- At least 2 Years of working experience in the related position
- Having experience in catering service
- Having experience in making Indonesian/Asian/Western cuisine
- Having knowledge about sanitation, hygiene, HACCP and Halal
- Have received training or certified HACCP and Laik hygiene Sanitasi is a plus
- Understand the food sector and have high product knowledge skills
- Having good leadership and communication skills
