Deskripsi pekerjaan R&D Assistant / QA Cosmetic Industry Bali Spa Nature
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and test product formulations
2. Maintain QA standards for raw materials, bulk, and finished products
3. Document all trials, revisions, and formulation methods clearly
4. Troubleshoot product issues (separation, instability, inconsistency)
5. Support SOP, batch records, and BPOM-related documentation
6. Coordinate closely with Operations / Production team
Requirements
1. D3/S1 Farmasi, Kimia, or related field
2. Basic understanding of cosmetic formulation and QA
3. Detail-oriented and disciplined in documentation
4. Able to report work progress and issues proactively
5. Comfortable working in a small, hands-on team environment
