Quantity Surveyor

Internusa Jayaabadi Sentosa (IJS) is doing services to a lot of companies with various business activities and we're now looking for Quantity Surveyor Supervisor to be placed in Labuan Bajo & Nearest Islands, East Nusa Tenggara for one of our Ecotourism/Hospitality Project with qualifications and job details below:

Qualifications:

Must have minimum Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture

At least 5 years of solid experience as Quantity Surveyor in Construction Company or Property Developer.

Comprehend of using Microsoft Office Suites (especially Ms. Excel & Power Point)

Good communication and presentation skills (in Bahasa/English)

Understand the market price for purchasing building materials and their comparisons

Skill of CAD 2D/3D software (Sketchup, Autocad, SAP and Revit)

Willing to be place in Labuan Bajo & Nearest Islands, NTT (Please note that this position is permanent placement without roaster time off system)

Job Details:

Calculate the volume/quantity of design and calculate the progress of the project

Able to provide BQ of architecture and interior works

Estimate cost of the project & budgeting based on project qualification/design given

Analyze each unit price and services in the BQ based on a project

Create database & standard guide of unit price and service for long term project

Coordinate with third parties/contractor/or other parties if needed

Ensuring the calculation volume & items match with the project qualification

Carry out administration related to procurement of goods/services and supervise the process; produce PO/PR, contract/SPK, SPJB, etc for project procurement process

Ensure the goods/services are well receive according to the order and needs – Opname/Check Progress

Work closely with Finance Team to follow up payment schedule, invoices, COP, etc.

Work closely with Project Team (Architect, Engineer, & Project Director) to carry out the work to be done as per BQ/volume/contract & meet the quality as desired
