The primary responsibility of the Quantity Surveyor (QS) at PT BINTANG CEMERLANG ALUMINIUM is to ensure accurate cost estimation and control for all projects undertaken by the company. This involves managing budgets, forecasting costs, and providing detailed reports to facilitate informed decision-making. The QS will also be responsible for conducting topographic surveys, cadastral surveys, and drafting plans using CAD and SketchUp software. A significant part of the role includes managing construction processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating closely with the team to achieve project goals. Strong teamwork, administrative skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential for success in this position.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and have between 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry. MALE candidates are preferred for this position. Key skills required include proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Surveying, Construction Management, CAD, Microsoft Word, SketchUp, Topographic Survey, and Administration.
