- Understand the rubber production process flow.
- Understand ISO 9001 quality management and ISO 14001 environmental management systems.
- Possess quality management skills (complaint handling, laboratory methods, sampling systems, and product & material knowledge).
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Prepare reports on quality and issues identified in production output.
- Coordinate with the production team to innovate and improve production outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Train production staff on product quality standards.
Requirement
- S1 Technology / Chemical Engineering / Biology or relevant field
- Min. 3 years in Managerial QC position (in the field of Rubber is preferred)
- Experienced in managing laboratories & external audits
- Know and understand the regulations and standards governing the Rubber industry
- Experienced in carrying out Root Cause Analysis and its implementation
- Strong technical background
- Strong analytical & decision-making
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with Microsoft windows systems.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Willing to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment
