STAFF QMS (Quality Management System)
Location: PT Karya Bahana Berlian Plant 1
Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or Computer Science
✅ 1-3 years of experience in quality management
✅ Experience in internal audits, especially in quality management system implementation
✅ Certified Lead Auditor ISO 9001 or other relevant certifications
✅ Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14000, or other automotive industry standards
✅ Ability to analyze data, identify quality issues, and propose corrective actions
✅ Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office and Minitab software for MSA & SPC

📌 Bachelor’s or Diploma (D3) degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
📌 Basic knowledge of flow processes & manufacturing techniques
📌 Internship experience is a plus
📌 Interest in the automotive industry

📌 Relevant certifications are an advantage
Responsibilities :
🔹 Oversee the implementation of the company’s quality management system
🔹 Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14000, and other industry regulations
🔹 Develop, manage, and control quality management system documentation
🔹 Analyze quality data, identify issues, and provide corrective action recommendations
🔹 Coordinate with departments to ensure effective quality management processes
🔹 Develop and deliver training on quality standards to employees
🔹 Manage corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes to improve quality systems
🔹 Ensure all operational procedures comply with industry standards and regulations
