Deskripsi pekerjaan Quality Management System Staff KBB Automotive
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS)
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards
- Conduct internal audits and manage QMS documentation
- Analyze quality issues and support corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
- Coordinate with related departments to improve quality processes
- Prepare quality reports and support continuous improvement activities
- Conduct training related to quality standards and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Diploma (D3) degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- 1–3 years of experience, or fresh graduates with internship experience in QMS are welcome
- Experience in internal audits and QMS implementation is an advantage
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Minitab is a plus
- Strong interest in manufacturing and the automotive industry
