📢 WE ARE HIRING: QUALITY INSPECTOR
📍 Batam, Indonesia | 12-Month Contract
🏭 Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial
We are looking for experienced Quality Inspectors to join an industrial manufacturing team in Batam, Indonesia.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Perform dimensional and visual inspections of manufactured components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
Use measuring instruments and gauges to verify component dimensions.
Conduct or verify hardness, coating/phosphating, testing and assembly inspections.
Review inspection reports and maintain accurate quality records.
Identify non-conforming products and raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
Ensure compliance with quality procedures, manufacturing requirements and HSE standards.
✅ Requirements
Diploma or technical high school qualification.
Minimum 3 years of relevant inspection experience in manufacturing or a similar industry.
Experience with dimensional inspection, measuring instruments and technical drawings.
Knowledge of quality documentation, inspection procedures and quality management systems.
Welding inspection experience is an advantage.
Good communication skills in Indonesian and English.
Must currently be based in Indonesia and be legally eligible to work there.
Willingness to work in a workshop environment and accommodate shifts when required.
