1. Minimum education school from SMAKPA/SMTI or equivalent vocational background.
2. Bachelor degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Agribusiness, or related fields
3. Understanding the process of sorting, grading, and inspecting cinnamon raw materials
4. Able to ensure cleanliness, moisture level, color, aroma, and product quality meet company/export standards
5. Able to prepare inspection reports and QC documentation
6. Proficiency in written and spoken English will be a priority
7. Capable of working both independently and collaboratively
8. Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
